Pues eso, grupazo que actua la próxima semana en bilbao en la sala Kafe Antzoki, concretamente el viernes 3 de junio.

Estoy trabajando en un nuevo tema para Wordpress, no creo que este llegue a sacarlo para uso público, pero quien sabe… Me gustaría tener alguna crítica, opinión o comentario sobre el tema, para mejorarlo antes de empezar a utilizarlo. Gracias.

Festival rockero en Vitoria. La cita con la música es a principios del mes de Septiembre. Allí veré, gritaré y babearé con bandas de la talla de:

• Queens of the stone age
• Masters of reality
• Monster magnet

…y muchos más que a estas alturas están cerrados, y muchos otros por cerrar por supuesto! En total son 20 las bandas que ya estan confirmadas.

Por otro lado, también rollo festivalero, merece la pena mencionar el dia del Sabado del Festimad. Este es un festival que rara vez me ha resultado atractivo, y solo por algun grupo puntual, pero este año he de reconocer que se lo han currado. Han juntado el mismo dia a gente como Mondo Generator, Hermano y Fu Manchu, y bueno, los System of a Down, que tienen pinta de ser divertidos en directo. Pero por los tres primeros, la entrada ya merece la pena. Lo mio no va a poder ser, pero espero que la organización les deje lucirse y hacer buenos conciertos.

Para acabar, solo decir, babeando me hayo, que Mars Volta tocan en Bilbao el dia 30 de junio. Tonto el que se lo pierda.

Ilustración que realicé hace un mes. Tengo intención de pintarlo en óleo en un tamaño considerable, por esto, no publico una imagen más grande y nítida.

Comenté hace dias la salida del nuevo álbum de NIN. Después de casi un mes en mi poder, con una perspectiva mejor después del tiempo transcurrido y las escuchas invertidas, puedo comentar, y comento, que es un auténtico discazo. Temas como “Right where it belongs”, “Only” o “Every day is exactly the same” son unas auténticas joyas.

Mención especial me parecen las letras, que siguiendo la dinámica habitual de Trent Reznor, explora las más absolutas miserias del alma humana. Como muestra, un botón, “Right where it belongs”:
